1. Remove fan & power-on drive then check.
2. After removing fan fault coming then check power card.

I have acs550 abb drive. In which the motor is vibrating and the ampere is going more, what is the problem please help

1. Check output current in each phase.
2. If output current is not equal in each then check IGBT & IGBT driving circuit.
3. Check output voltage at 50Hz without motor.
4. Check these thing then revert.
