How can resolve problem F0070 TEMP MEAS FAILURE Fault in ABB ACS850 Drive ?

Cause : Problem with internal temperature measurement of the drive.
Check signals 01.32, 01.33 and 01.34 to find which of the three output phase temperature measurements has failed
