A0046 alarm in WEG CFW701 Drive indicates a High Load at the Motor. This means the system is drawing excessive current and approaching its thermal overload limits, warning of a potential trip.
Cause:
- The settings of parameters P0156, P0157, and P0158 are too low for the used motor.
- There is excessive load at the motor shaft.
Note: This alarm can be disabled by setting parameter P0348 = 0 or 2.
Remedy:
Verify parameters P0156, P0157, and P0158. Check motor shaft for mechanical overload. Adjust parameter P0348 to 0 or 2 if desired to disable.
