F025 fault in WEG CFW900 Drive indicates a Pulse Feedback Error. This means the internal circuitry detected a discrepancy between the commanded PWM pulses and the actual measured output voltage.
Cause:
- Motor is disconnected or motor is small in relation to the rated current of the inverter connected to the output.
- Possible defect on the inverter internal circuits.
- Problems in the circuit of the STO safety inputs (XC2).
Note: Reset the inverter and try again.
Remedy:
Check output motor cabling connections. Verify STO safety inputs circuit at terminal block XC2. Reset the drive.
