How can resolve problem F025 fault in siemens 6RA70 DC Drive ?

Cause : Brush length too short (active in operating states of ≤ o3)
When parameter P495=2 (binary sensing of brush length), fault message at log.”0” signal (longer than 10s) at terminal 211
Possible fault causes
♦ Encoder for brush length has responded
♦ Open circuit in encoder cable
