Solution : If you want to factory reset siemens 6RA80 drive parameter then use the following step :
1. First press "P" button and then press "UP" button then goto the parameter P0010.
2. Then enter value 30 (Parameter reset).
3. Then goto the parameter p0970 and enter value 1 (Start a parameter reset.
4. After enter parameter restart drive.
now your drive reset to the factory default.
