How can resolve problem F01250 fault in siemens 6RA80 DC Drive ?

Cause : CU: CU-EEPROM incorrect read-only data. Error when reading the read-only data of the EEPROM in the Control Unit.
Remedy:
- carry out a POWER ON.
- replace the Control Unit.
