How can resolve problem F01380 fault in siemens 6RA80 DC Drive ?

Cause : Topology: Actual topology, defective EEPROM. When detecting the actual topology, a component with a defective EEPROM was detected.
Fault value (r0949, interpret hexadecimal):
bbbbaaaa hex: aaaa = preliminary component number of the defective components
Remedy: Output the fault value and remove the defected component.
