F07561 fault in siemens 6RA80 DC Drive indicate Number of multiturn pulses is not to the power of two. This means the multiturn resolution in p0421 must be to the power of two.
1. Check the parameterization (p0421, p0404.1, r0458.5).
2. Upgrade the Sensor Module firmware if necessary.
