F07563 fault in siemens 6RA80 DC Drive indicate that the XIST1_ERW configuration incorrect. This means an incorrect configuration was identified for the "Absolute position for incremental encoder" function.
1. upgrade the Sensor Module firmware version.
2. check the mode (p4652 = 1, 3 requires the property r0459.13 = 1).
