Cause : Hardware current limit has responded too often comes when the hardware current limitation in the relevant phase (see A30031, A30032, A30033) has responded too often. The number of times the limit has been exceeded depends on the design and type of power unit.

1. Check the controller settings and reset and identify the controller if necessary (p0340 = 2, p3410 = 5)
2. Reduce the load and increase the DC-link capacitance or use a higher-rating infeed if necessary
3. Check the connection of the optional Voltage Sensing Module
4. Check the connection and technical data of the line reactor
5. Check the power cables for short-circuit or ground fault.
6. Replace power unit.
