N07550 alarm in siemens 6RA80 DC Drive indicate Not possible to reset encoder parameters. This means when carrying out a factory setting (e.g. using p0970 = 1), it was not possible to reset the encoder parameters. The encoder parameters are directly read out of the encoder via DRIVE-CLiQ.
- Repeat the operation.
- Check the DRIVE-CLiQ connection.
