Cause : DEVICE OVER TEMPERATURE comes when the Insulated-Gate Bipolar Transistors (IGBTs) within the drive have reached a temperature exceeding the safe operating limit.
The F0003 code on your ABB ACS150 drive indicates a "Drive IGBT temperature is excessive" fault. This means the Insulated-Gate Bipolar Transistors (IGBTs) within the drive have reached a temperature exceeding the safe operating limit.
- Check ambient conditions.
