Cause : IGBT overload - comes when excessive IGBT junction to case temperature due to incorrect motor parameter or rating of motor is higher than drive.

1. This fault protects the IGBT and can be activated by a short circuit in the motor cable.
2. Check motor cable.
3. Check ambient conditions.
4. Check air flow and fan operation.
5. Check heatsink fins for dust pick-up.
6. Check motor power against drive power.
