A2B1 Warning in ABB ACS180 drive - comes when output current has exceeded internal fault limit. This warning may also be caused by an earth fault or supply phase loss.
Cause : Overcurrent - comes when output current has exceeded internal fault limit. This warning may also be caused by an earth fault or supply phase loss. Check following to correct fault :
1. Check motor load.
2. Check acceleration times in parameter group 23 Speed reference ramp (speed control), 26 Torque reference chain(torque control) or 28 Frequency reference chain (frequency control).
3. Also check parameters 46.01 Speed scaling,46.01 Speed scaling and 46.03 Torque scaling.
4. Check motor and motor cable (including phasing and delta/star connection).
5. Check that the start-up data in parameter group 99 corresponds to the motor rating plate.
6. Check that there are no power factor correction capacitors or surge absorbersin motor cable.
7. Check encoder cable (including phasing).
