Cause : IGBT overtemperature - comes when estimated drive IGBT temperature is excessive or IGBT temperature sensor faulty.
- Check ambient conditions.
- Check air flow and fan operation.
- Check heatsink fins for dust pick-up.
- Check motor power against drive power.
