Cause : Motor disconnect - comes when all three output phases are disconnected from motor or drive start without motor.
- Check if parameter 95.26 enables the use of a motor disconnect switch.
- Check the all switches between drive and motor are closed.
- All cables between drive and motor are connected and secured.
