Cause : Drive is not ready for operation, eg, due to low DC voltage.
Check input power supply.

@vijay-singh check input supply voltage or if drive voltage rating 415 V and you apply input voltage 220V then this fault comes.
Also if drive rectifier section faulty then drive generate this fault.
