How can resolve problem F0034 MOTOR PHASE Fault in ABB ACS310 Drive ?

Fault in the motor circuit. One of the motor phases is lost. Check for and
correct:
• Motor fault.
• Motor cable fault.
• Thermal relay fault (if used).
• Internal fault.
