Cause : PAR AO SCALE comes when incorrect analog output AO signal scaling. If you're experiencing issues with the scaling of the analog output (AO) signal on an ABB ACS355 drive, it could be due to incorrect parameter settings.

The analog output signal is used to represent various drive parameters such as speed, current, or frequency. Correctly scaling this signal ensures that the output accurately reflects the desired parameter range.

  • Check parameter group 15 ANALOG OUTPUTS settings.
  • Check that following applies: • 1504 MINIMUM AO1 < 1505 MAXIMUM AO1.
