How can resolve problem 64A6 Adaptive program Fault in ABB ACS380 Drive ?

Cause : Error running the adaptive program.
1. Check the auxiliary code (format XXYY ZZZZ).
“XX” specifies the number of the state (00=base program) and
“YY” specifies the number of the function block (0000=generic error).
”ZZZZ” indicates the problem
