How can resolve problem 7086 I/O module AI overvoltage Fault in ABB ACS380 ?

Cause : Overvoltage detected in AI. AI is changed to voltage mode from mA mode. AI will return automatically back to mA mode when the AI signal level is within acceptable limits.
1. Check AI signal levels.
2. Remove analog input wire and check fault coming or not.
3. Some time this fault come if you connect wrong connection in analog input
