How can resolve problem A2015 PFC I LOCK Alarm in ABB ACS550 Drive ?

This alarm warns that the PFC interlocks are active, which means that
the drive cannot start the following:
• Any motor (when Autochange is used).
• The speed regulated motor (when Autochange is not used).
