Cause : AI 2 LOSS comes when the analog input 2 signal has been lost or is not within the expected range. This fault typically occurs when the drive is configured to receive a signal on AI2 and the signal is missing or outside the predefined limits. 

Check for and correct:

1. Source and connection for analog input.
2. Parameter settings for AI2 FAULT LIMIT (3022) and 3001 AI< MIN FUNCTION .
