Cause : Safe torque off comes when safe torque off function is active, safety circuit signal connected to connector STO is broken during start or run.

1. Check safety circuit connections.
2. The Safe torque off function in the Hardware manual of the drive and description of parameter 31.22 STO indication run/stop.
3. Check the value of parameter 95.04 Control board supply.
