Cause : Internal fault.

1. Reboot the control unit (using parameter 96.08 Control board boot) or by cycling
power.

What and how to rectify 64B1 fatal error internal Software issues of Control Board which is not resetted to factory default settings even after performing procedure of resetting 96.08

@venuballa if fault coming after restart drive then contact ABB for drive firmware update,  if control card  software issue then they will update firmware.
