How can resolve problem 7192 BC IGBT excess temperature Fault in ABB ACS560 Drive ?

Cause : Brake chopper IGBT temperature has exceeded internal fault limit.
1. Let chopper cool down.
2. Check for excessive ambient temperature.
3. Check for cooling fan failure.
4. Check for obstructions in the air flow.
5. Check the dimensioning and cooling of the cabinet.
6. Check resistor overload protection function settings (parameter group 43 Brake chopper).
7. Check that braking cycle meets allowed limits.
8. Check that drive supply AC voltage is not excessive.
