Cause : Excessive intermediate circuit DC voltage.

1. Check that overvoltage control is on (parameter 30.30 Overvoltage control).

2. Check that the supply voltage matches the nominal input voltage of the drive.

3. Check the supply line for static or transient overvoltage.

4. Check brake chopper and resistor (if present).

5. Check deceleration time.Use coast-to-stop function (if applicable).

6. Retrofit drive with brake chopper and brake resistor.
