How can resolve problem 4991 Safe motor temperature Fault in ABB ACS580 Drive ?

Cause : The CPTC-02 module indicates overtemperature:
• motor temperature is too high, or
• the thermistor is in shortcircuit or disconnect.
1. Check the cooling of the motor.
2. Check the motor load and drive ratings.
3. Check the wiring of the temperature sensor. Repair wiring if faulty.
4. Measure the resistance of the sensor.
5. Replace the sensor if faulty.
