Recently I have been unable to control either local or remote, and I can no longer switch between them. The message always comes up that the control is carried out somewhere else.

@jwprivatgmx-at do one thing goto parameter 96.02 and enter password 358 then try to change control mode
May be parameter lock so after enter password you are able to change control mode local/remote.

@jwprivatgmx-at ok , do one last thing first take backup from drive then factory reset drive
96.06 - 34560
After this, if your problem not resolved then may be control card firmware issue, only abb will help for firmware issue
