How can resolve problem 2340 SHORT CIRCUIT Fault in ABB ACS800 Drive ?

Cause : Short-circuit in motor cable(s) or motor.

Check motor and motor cable.
Check there are no power factor correction
capacitors or surge absorbers in motor cable.

If motor and motor cable found OK, then it was hardware fault, surely.

It can be a fault due to shorted IGBT as well.

This fault comes when IGBT faulty, Motor Faulty, CT Faulty and faulty motor connetion
