Cause : ENCODER A<>B comes when pulse encoder phasing is wrong: Phase A is connected to terminal of phase B and vice versa. This warning suggests the drive isn't receiving a valid signal from the encoder.

The warning code 7302 in your ABB ACS800 drive indicates a potential issue with the encoder. The encoder is a sensor that provides the drive with feedback on the motor's actual speed and position.

  • Interchange connection of pulse encoder phases A and B.
