This warning comes when Master and Follower are not in the same control location. Check that the Master and the Follower are both in EXT2.
The "CTRL LOC DIFF" warning on your ABB ACS800 drive signifies a discrepancy between the "Control Location" settings configured within the drive and the actual control signal it's receiving.
