Cause : TEMPERATURE MEASUREMENT ALARM comes when motor temperature measurement is out of acceptable range.
The code FF91 in your ABB ACS800 drive indicates a fault related to the motor temperature. This signifies that the measured motor temperature has exceeded the set fault limit within the drive.
- Check connections of motor temperature measurement circuit.

@al-abbar-tempering pls confirm are you using any temperature sensor or thermistor?
Also check motor data in parameter group 99.
