Cause : USER MACRO comes when no User Macro saved or file is defective. To correct the fault create User Macro. User macros in ABB ACS800 drives allow for custom functionality programmed by the user.

The code FFA1 in your ABB ACS800 drive indicates a "Create User Macro" fault. This isn't a fault in the traditional sense, but rather a prompt from the drive that there's no user macro saved or the existing one might be corrupt.
