Cause : The estimated motor temperature (based on motor thermal model) has exceeded the alarm limit defined by

parameter 31.03 Mot temp1 alarm Limit.

Programmable fault:

31.01 Mot temp1 protection

Allow the motor to cool down and ensure that the motor has attained the correct cooling temperature. Also check the following:
• motor ratings and load
• cooling fan, clean cooling surfaces, etc.
• alarm limit
• motor thermal model settings in parameters 31.09...31.14

Check that the actual number of sensors correspond to the values set by parameter 31.02 Mot temp1 src. Allow the motor to cool down and ensure that the motor has attained the correct cooling temperature.
Also check the following:
• motor ratings and load
• cooling fan, clean cooling surfaces, etc.
• alarm limit
