How can resolve problem A2076 TEMP MEAS FAILURE alarm in ABB ACS850 Drive ?

Cause : Problem with internal temperature measurement of the drive.
Check the signals 01.32, 01.33 and
01.34 to find out which of the three output
phase temperature measurements failed
