How can resolve problem F0016 MOTOR PHASE Fault in ABB ACS850 Drive ?

Cause : Motor circuit fault due to missing motor connection (all three phases are not connected).
Programmable fault:
30.04 Mot phase loss
Check motor cable connections and
tighten the motor cable terminals
