How can resolve problem F0024 INTBOARD OVER TEMP Fault in ABB ACS850 Drive ?

Cause : The temperature of interface board located between power unit and control unit has exceeded the internal fault limit.
Let the drive cool down.
Check for excessive ambient temperature.
Check for cooling fan failure.
Check for obstructions in the air flow.
Check the dimensioning and cooling of the cabinet.
