Cause : Earth leakage comes when IGBT supply unit has detected an earth fault. A 2E01 fault code in your ABB ACS800 drive indicates an earth leakage fault. This means current is escaping the intended path in the motor circuit and leaking to the ground.

1. Check AC fuses.
2. Check for earth leakages.
3. Check supply cabling.
4. Check power modules.
5. Check there are no power factor correction capacitors or surge absorbers in supply cable.
6. If no earth fault can be detected, then hardware issue in drive.
