Cause : Rating ID mismatch comes when the hardware of the supply unit does not match the information stored in the memory unit. This may occur eg, after a firmware update or memory unit replacement.
- Cycle the power to the supply unit.
- If the control unit is externally powered, reboot the control unit or by cycling its power.
