Cause : Motor cable overload comes when calculated motor cable temperature has exceeded warning limit. A motor cable overload fault A480 in an ABB ACS880 drive indicates that the current in the motor cable has exceeded the permissible limits, which can result in overheating and potential damage to the cable and motor. 

1. Check the settings of parameters 35.61 and 35.62.
2. Check the dimensioning of the motor cable in regard to required load.
