Cause : EFB comm loss comes when communication break in embedded fieldbus (EFB) communication. This warning signifies a problem with communication between the drive and an external device using the Embedded Fieldbus (EFB) communication protocol.
The fault code "A7CE" in your ABB ACS880 drive indicates an EFB communication loss warning.
- Check the status of the fieldbus master (online/offline/error etc.).
- Check cable connections to the XD2D connector on the control unit.
