Cause : ULC overload comes when selected signal has exceeded the user overload curve. The A8BE warning in your ABB ACS880 drive indicates a potential overload condition.
ULC Overload: A8BE stands for "ULC overload warning." ULC refers to the drive's "user-defined load curve." This curve defines the acceptable load limits for the motor connected to the drive.
- Check for any operating conditions increasing the monitored signal (for example, the loading of the motor if the torque or current is being monitored).
- Check the definition of the load curve (parameter group 37 User load curve).
