Cause : Earth leakage comes when IGBT supply has detected load unbalance due to earthing issue or hardware issue in drive.

An AE02 fault code in your ABB ACS880 drive indicates an earth leakage fault. This means current is leaking to ground instead of flowing through the intended path to the motor.

1. Check AC fuses.
2. Check for earth leakages.
3. Check supply cabling.
4. Check power modules.
5. Check there are no power factor correction capacitors or surge absorbers in supply cable.
