Cause : Excess temperature difference comes when high temperature difference between the IGBTs of different phases.
An AE15 fault code in your ABB ACS880 drive indicates a excess temperature difference fault. This means the high temperature difference between the IGBTs of different phases.
- Check the cabling.
- Check cooling of power module(s).
