Cause : Flash erase speed exceeded comes when the flash memory (in the memory unit) has been erased too frequently, compromising the lifetime of the memory.
Avoid forcing unnecessary parameter saves by parameter 196.07 or cyclic parameter writes (such as user logger triggering through parameters).
