How can resolve problem A2047 SPEED FEEDBACK alarm in ABB ACSM1 Drive ?

Cause : No speed feedback is received.
Check the settings of the parameters in group 22.
Check encoder installation.
See the description of fault 0039 (ENCODER1) for more information.
Check encoder cabling.
See the descriptions of alarms 2031 (ENCODER 1 CABLE) and 2032 (ENCODER 2 CABLE) for more information.
