How can resolve problem F506 M1OverTemp Motor 1 measured over temperature Fault In ABB DCS800 ?

Wait until the motor is cooled down. The motor fan will continue to work until the motor is cooled down under the alarm level. It is not possible to reset the fault as long as the motor remains too hot.
Check:

M1AlarmLimTemp (31.08) motor temperature
motor fan supply voltage
motor fan direction of rotation
motor fan components
motor cooling air inlet (e.g. filter)
motor cooling air outlet
motor temperature sensors and cabling
ambient temperature
