How can resolve problem F537 M1FexRdyLost Motor 1 field exciter ready lost Fault In ABB DCS800 ?

Motor 1 field exciter ready lost:
- Field exciter lost ready-for-operation message while working.
- AC-voltage missing or not in synchronism.
Check:
- if all phases are present
- if the mains voltage is within the set tolerance
- fault message at field exciter (7-segment display or flashing LED’s)
